Cole did a great job and was so kind. He got the measuring done in a good amount of time and was very quiet and respectful of our space and our home. He had a smile on his face the whole time. Time to get rid of these old aluminum windows!
This is my second experience with Renewal By Anderson. Last year, they replaced the windows of my condo, and I love the quality job Renewal did so much that this year I am changing the patio door. The selection and measurement process for the patio door has been excellent. First, Reece Grisham helped me select the right door. He answered all my questions about the product and made the door selection not only easy but also provided the information I needed to make an educated decision. Then Vincent Delorenzo came to take the final measurements, went over the door selected to make sure they had the correct information, explained the door installation process, and answered all my questions. I did a lot of research about windows and door replacement companies, and Renewal came out above the others. I will recommend this company to anybody looking to replace the old windows and doors. Their products are great, and their employees are excellent.

Excellent technical visit for measurements. John was awesome. Very professional and thorough. Explained exactly what he was doing and why, answered all my questions, and helped me reconfigure the design after determining that the proposed design wasn’t possible. I’d highly recommend both John and Anderson Windows to anyone that needs new windows and doors. Yes the price is higher, but if John’s visit is indicative of the quality of the finished product, I’ll be a happy man.
