I just had a window presentation from **Castle The Window People**, and *Roberto* did an incredible job walking us through every detail of their window manufacturing process. He was transparent, honest, and clear about the product and how it’s built — something none of the other companies we met with were able to do. That level of clarity gave us a lot of confidence in their product. We were especially impressed to learn that the windows are manufactured and installed by **trained professionals from the company itself**, rather than subcontractors, which speaks volumes about their commitment to quality. The pricing was also a pleasant surprise — very reasonable compared to other quotes we received, and much lower than *Renewal by Andersen*, while still offering a robust product and a lifetime warranty. We're really excited to move forward with our new windows and feel confident in our decision.
Since Day 1 when they installed our living room bay window back in July 2011, our window screen has looked like this. Big 18" tear that lets in all the bugs in the house. Why? Because they sent two non-English speaking guys with zero skills to finish the project on the second day (first day, a guy with actual skills came to do the harder job). Of course, I called them right away to ask them to fix this. They set up a service schedule, but NO ONE actually showed up! I called again, and they set up a second appointment to have it fixed. But again, NO ONE showed up on the day of the appointment!I realized then, that this is exactly what they do: promise "Lifetime Warranty" and sell their products, only to NEVER actually follow through when there is a problem.Everytime I look at this window and the useless broken screen, even though it's been over ten years, I remember the dishonesty of Castle Window and wish no one would hire them for anything. (BTW, it's not just one window screen that's been torn since Day 1. The window on the opposite end with screens also has had a tear from Day 1. Basically, they are completely useless in preventing bugs from coming in.)
I’ve hired Castle Windows for two different projects, and both experiences have been excellent. The first project was my large living room window. The difference it made was incredible. Before, my living room was super hot in the summer and freezing in the winter, but after Castle installed the new window, the temperature in the room became noticeably more comfortable. My electricity usage even feels better. The window itself is beautiful—smooth, easy to open and close, and it truly upgraded the appearance of my home. The installation team was professional, clean, and did a great job.The second time, I hired Castle for my main front door and screen door, the back door and screen door, and an additional basement window. Everything was installed properly and works well. My only minor concern is that the capping/caulking around the main entrance door could have been a little cleaner. It wasn’t bad, but I think it could have been finished a bit more neatly.Aside from that small detail, the overall experience was fantastic. My salesman, Frankie, was amazing—super friendly, patient, and thorough. He took the time to sit down with me, go over all the options, and make sure I understood everything. Their customer service is also great; they always follow up to make sure you’re satisfied, and their warranty gives peace of mind since they’ll come out and fix anything if needed.I will definitely use Castle Windows again for future window projects, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products, good service, and a company that truly stands behind their work.
We are SO satisfied with our new Castle windows. From our first meeting (Vinnie) at the Skate Zone home show to our incredible sales advisor (Anthony) down to the install team lead (Jose-2)… all the guys (Joey, Anthony and John). The quality of their work and their attention to detail was fantastic. So very, very satisfied. The windows are sturdy, easy to open and close and quiet. Incredible how much less quiet our home has become. Waiting for a cold blast of weather to get the full effect of these wonderful new windows. Stephanie and Brian.
What I like about this company and why I would use them again is that they stand behind the quality of their products and services. I had a big window job and replaced over 20 windows and 2 sliding doors. The windows are high quality and beautiful, but the installation was less than satisfactory. They left my house a mess. The took apart a sectional couch and left it disassembled in the middle of the room. They moved my outside patio table and chairs and did not put them back. They took all of my daughters toys and loaded them all on the bed. Piled toys and dolls inside of my twins playpen. There was also empty cans left around the house and caulk on the carpet. Everyone makes mistakes. But it was how Castle Windows responded to those mistakes that will make me a repeat customer. The GM Robert was so upset about the feedback and took it personally. You could tell he took pride in the company and this was not their installation standards. When speaking to him I felt heard and truly like a valued customer whose experience mattered. Without hesitation he made it right for us. He sent over manager Brad to assess the situation and they were quick to fix any issues, including having my carpets cleaned to remove the caulk, wiping down the windows and sills, putting my couch back together, and doing some paint repair. It is rare to work with a company that shows so much pride and thoughtfulness when working with customers as Castle Windows does. Even though it didn't start out great, they delivered on their customer recovery. I am happy I chose them for my job and when I'm ready for a new front door they will be the first I call.
