The Window Place Plus was great. Sales were low pressure, they were responsive to my questions, informative, and respectful. They offered a lifetime warranty on their work and free screen replacement if I break one. I may not live in this house for the rest of my life, but I appreciate their willingness to stand behind their work. Installation went smoothly. We replaced 33 wood windows that were probably 100 years old. They said to expect 2-3 days and it took pretty much 3 full days. The crew was friendly, efficient, and neat. Everything looks to be well done inside and out. I think this has been a really nice upgrade to the exterior appearance of our home. On the interior, our home feels less drafty and quieter than it was before. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and I strongly recommend WPP!
We had a very good experience with this business. From the initial consultation rep, to the measuring rep to the install crew, we would highly recommend this place. The most impressive of all is that the install crew, cleaned all of our windows, left no stickers on them, and cleaned up the inside of my house. There was no construction evidence that I had 5 windows installed that day. Will be having the team back to install more windows in my house.
