If you need windows, you will not regret using Windows Mechanic Direct. Darren and his crew are absolutely amazing, talented and professional. They are a family run company who truly care about their customers. Darren was patient and answered all our questions. We got 10 windows and are very happy. The crew were all clean and courteous of our home. Shortly after getting the windows my cat scratched the screen and I was so upset, Darren ordered a new one immediately and delivered himself. He is the BEST! He also fixed a problem with our roof we had done by another company. I’m so thankful I found a great company and I highly recommend. You don’t find companies like this anymore who take such pride in their work and care about their customers.

HAPPY CUSTOMER. I have so many wonderful things to say about this company. The time spent properly prepping for my siding job. The crew--amazing clean up every day besides knowledgeable-patiently answering questions. My siding looks amazing! If your looking for a quick install this is not your place. WMD took the time to do the job right. I'm confident my siding won't buckle or blow off like my neighbors who hired those other guys. Window capping beautifully done. No water can get behind windows now and destoy frames like I had before.

Window Mechanics Direct (WMD) completely transformed our 100 year old home. We had 70 year old steel siding which was in disarray. WMD worked with me on so many little particular details and the many changes I had made during the design process. Darren was easy to work with and completely saw my vision and was able to have his team execute it beautifully. WMD installed new siding, new custom molding around the windows and doors, installed new doors and windows, and built a custom portico over our front door. Mike's skills are out of this world and his attention to detail is phenomenal. Nancy is so easy to work with and her skills are on point. Working with WMD was nothing but a positive experience. The whole team was very professional and talented. We worked with Darren to choose capping which would match our gutters/downspouts, and the ending result was the windows looked like they were always there. Throughout the project Darren also re-evaluated our specific needs and actually saved us $500 by recommending keeping the original window sills in place. So we didn’t have to pay for extra materials and labor. Only a quality company who values their customers and has integrity would do that! We loved working with a family run/operated company as well.
