I just wanted to say what an excellent job J&J did. The salesperson we worked with was so knowledgeable and helpful. She provided guidance on what worked best for my house and showed us all the varieties of products they had in their show room to ensure we made the best decision. We had absolutely no pressure on what to get, she was just there to guide us on what we needed.

When we came upon a decision of what we wanted, two front doors, a patio door, and updated basement windows, they had installers come out to confirm the sizes a second time to ensure accuracy, as well as offered guidance on the appropriate trim to match the unique sizing of our doors.

During installation, it went by much quicker than I anticipated for everything we wanted. They were able to make custom orders to match our particular design standards for our door knobs, and did such a fantastic job with the installations. When they were gone, it was like they were never there aside from having these awesome new doors.

We can tell a significant difference with our doors with cool air not coming in at all anymore. They are obviously high quality. And our basement windows don’t leak anymore!

We are extremely satisfied with their work and are already planning our next window installations. They will definitely be our go to people for this.

I’ve been meaning to share my incredible experience with J & J for a bit now as they are so deserving of praise! My house was been beautifully transformed! And now, with all the brutally cold weather we’ve had lately, we have noticed it’s also so much warmer inside!!

We had all builders grade windows, doors, siding, etc. that were original to the house, and we needed a change. We worked with a sales representative to choose better options that not only fit our desired style but also provided better, more energy efficient quality. Jake, our sales rep, was so attentive & helpful throughout the process - providing expert guidance to make our dream exterior become reality! J & J helped us with replacing every single one of our windows, our front door, our patio door, our siding, our gutters, and our garage door!

The installation experience was wonderful as well! Thorough & precise. While taking the time to communicate with us during the process and ensuring things were installed exactly as we expected, the installers made it quick and easy, especially given all the work we had done. I was worried about my mature landscaping, but the installers took such great care of our property. And I was amazed at how courteous they were about cleaning up inside and out!

We had such a great experience! And we love our “new” home! I would highly recommend J & J to anyone!!

J & J Completely reframed and replaced one of our basement windows for us. They did an excellent job, paying close attention to detail. The quality of their work was excellent. It is better than it was when the house was first built. They
also did some service work on one of our upstairs windows while they were here, replacing the upper sash and some spring coils. We would definitely use J & J Windows and Siding again.

We purchased 2 doors from J&J Window Sales in 2017. The first door that was installed - Alliance Sliding Patio Door. Issues: The seal was not applied properly and a lot of water leaked in the basement after we had a hard rain. J&J did assess the damage and paid for damages through their insurance. The lock on the handle also did not work but J&J did finally fix it. The second door we purchased - Therma Tru Fiber Classic Mahogany was for the front door. It was sold to us from J&J Windows with the intention that not much maintenance would be needed because it's fiberglass and not wood AND it had a 5-year warranty. This product has been ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE and J&J has NOT stood behind the product they sell. We have had issues with this door and door frame less than 1 year after it was installed. We notified them as soon as we noticed the issues and at that time, paint was peeling around the door frame and the door was already starting to fade. No way should it have faded this quickly. They sent a painter out MANY times to try and fix the door frame and it still looks terrible and paint is still peeling. They SAID they re-stained the door for us but they NEVER did and after checking their records again they discovered they never did re-stain the door. The picture of the house is what the door looked like 1 month after it was installed, which was very nice. The other images are after 1-2 years after it was installed.... TERRIBLE!!! We spent thousands of dollars ($$$$) and now J&J Window Sales (or even Therma Tru) are not willing to fix the door frame or the door! Their final email/comment to us was that they were sending us a door stain kit so we could do it ourselves or have someone do it for us, and they made it sound like they were doing us a favor because the kit usually costs $140. SERIOUSLY??? Do you think this is good customer service??? I am embarrassed that our front door looks so awful. The least J&J Window could have done was send someone over to re-stain the door and at least do something to fix the frame. They just gave up! We have been extremely patient through this process over the years. They said the door must receive a lot of sun.... No kidding... It's a front door!!!! THIS IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMERS! We will NEVER refer ANYONE to this company!
