I don’t know where to begin with this review because we have just been back and forth so much that we are completely baffled by this entire experience.
First, everything we were told during our initial visit and signing was a complete lie. We had to contact corporate and another representative was assigned to us in an attempt to fix all the issues created by the first salesman.
Second, the job was done so poorly that the construction team had to come out multiple times and while some issues were fixed, many were not.
The crew completely trashed our property. We had a full kitchen sized bag of trash that we picked up and spent hours cleaning up razor blades, staples, and broken glass from windows that they broke and left in our yard.
Several places on our home are covered in massive amounts of caulk because the pieces didn’t line up and instead of fixing it, they covered it up.
Several pieces of siding are crooked, as in not straight and so laughably noticeable that we can’t believe they just walked off and left it like that. We have the before photos to show that the previous siding and trim was arrow straight.
We were promised a crew that went through the special Dabella training but what we got in fact was a crew not affiliated with the company in any way and none of them spoke
English. This became a problem when they would show up to perform work and we could not communicate. Google language apps will only get you so far and there was no one to call for help. I feel like they came out for nothing because of the language barrier.
They NEVER called before they came out. They would just show up unannounced and every single time, no one was home. This made repairs difficult as well because there was no one there to guide them.
They removed every single screen from our windows, threw the majority of them away, and placed the siding in such a way that the screens will never go back. They also broke several of our windows and didn’t say anything to anyone.
There was no checks and balances. A construction manager didn’t come and do a walk through once the job was completed. Everyone just left. I feel like 99% of our issues would have been caught and fixed if someone had just taken the time to walk the property and check on the work of the crew.

Donovan and Alena have exhibited the most professionalism in their approach to helping us with our remodel project. They both were informative and very helpful during the process. They represented DeBella very well during the process and made our trust in DeBella's services a done deal. I recommend them to anyone looking into remodel jobs.

We had William Conkling and Austin Baluska out to do an estimate on our roof. They were very professional, and easy to work with. The products were high quality with a 50 year warranty, and we are excited to get it done.

William Kunert and Sabrina Becker were absolutely the most incredible people that have ever come to my home!!! They were incredibly kind, understanding (given my severe anxiety disorder) and their professionalism is better than I’ve ever experienced!!!! The detail expressed and their willingness to meet my needs (including financial) are second to none!!! I’m thrilled to have these incredible quality windows installed in my home!!

Brad was fantastic. He kept me updated on all of his progress, was highly professional, installed 3 windows beautifully, and cleaned up after himself. I am highly impressed with Brad. If all employees perform at such a high level, I will hire DaBella again to do more work.
