10/10, would absolutely use authentic again. We had 13 windows and 2 doors replaced, and i have literally zero complaints. Dan was responsive and great to deal with, they showed up when they said they would, the work is well done (I particularly appreciate how much time was spent on final details like millwork and caulking), the price was reasonable, and above all their crew were great guys (polite, respectful, professional), particularly their foreman Chris who gets a special mention. Very happy i used them.
We had some water penetration issues at our kitchen window and dining room window the past year. Poor original design of our house’s window overhangs and roof gutter system and years of weathering led to water slowly seeping through these 2 windows. My sister had some windows installed by Authentic Installations last summer and was very impressed by their quality of work so I called Dan Devries and he came to our house and looked at our 2 leaky windows and gave us a quote to repair these 2 windows.Jeff, Joey, and Tyler came out today and analyzed the problem and carefully pulled back the old trim and stucco and re-resealed the area with broader coverage of blue skin membrane, installed an improved flashing system, thoroughly caulked all the surrounding seams, and replaced the old failing trim with a new much improved and better looking surround window trim. Jeff and the crew were all great to work with and were happy to explain everything to me as they were doing the repair work. Thanks Dan, Jeff, Joey, and Tyler for your great work!
