Terrible experience. Had my husband drop off a window with a broken pane of glass to be replaced in an older storm window. The person who did the work did not even remove the old points before putting new glass in. They didn't put new ones in either and made such a mess of the glass that we had to buy our own putty and redo everything when we brought it home. We should have saved our money and not taken the window there at all. Do the people working there even know what they are doing? We will never go back even when ordering new windows for our home.Update: The owner reached out and refunded our money which is appreciated.
5 Star Service from start to finish. Answered their phone on a Friday before a long weekend, (the 5 I called before them did not) excellent communication with the office, had a quote within an hour. The installation team showed up ON TIME, and were so kind and professional. They even cleaned everything before they left…:-)Truly one of the best “contractor” experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend this company.Thanks for fixing our garden door, it is perfect.
One of the worst examples of customer service I have encountered in years. It took close to six weeks to complete a job that I was advised would take a couple of hours when I walked in thier shop in mid August. The installers repeatedly were a no show for scheduled appointments and the company representative simply shrugged it off as they must be too busy that day. When they finally showed up workers were found standing in my kitchen sink to install a screen, a broken window was still not repaired and we had a promise of return in 3 days. Weeks later the job was attended to again... and left incomplete again, but not before we were handed a bill. Finally they finished a week later and offered a $50 discount. The quality of work is acceptable. If not for the absolute run around, constant lack of consideration for the people waiting most of the day for installers, as told was required by company representative, that never showed or even bothered to call this rating would be higher. An apology would have been good instead of a barrage of excuses. There was no point where anyone in this company took ownership or responsibility for this gong show.They are likely to repeat the same pattern I fear. At the end of it all after the way we were treated I find myself only wishing I could rate them lower.
