I’m the manager of a little autism center here in Chilliwack and someone smashed our front door with a rock. It’s Labour Day. I just assumed this would not be fixed today. We called Fraser Valley Custom Glass and Ken was here within 20 minutes to measure the door. The whole thing was fixed in a little over an hour. On LABOUR DAY! Can’t recommend this business enough. I had an emergency after a break-in and called Ken for a board-up. He responded right away, had the glass ready to go, and even cleaned everything up—truly above and beyond. You can tell he’s dedicated and takes real pride in his work. Highly recommend him if you’re ever in need!

Not to negate the bad reviews because we feel how we do and rate accordingly but my experience was great. We have just moved to Chilliwack and right away someone was in our guest house. I called this company Saturday despite what I read. They called me back the same day and were able to come out on Monday and the doors are fixed. Thanks so much. I'm glad i took the chance. I doubt anyone would have done it sooner. Ken was really helpful and answered all my questions. Thanks guys!!!
