Reviews mention clear quotes, competitive pricing, and complete installations that include trim on some projects. Several customers highlight friendly and knowledgeable sales support. A number of critical reviews point to delays, limited communication, and follow-up issues on quotes and scheduling. Experiences appear mixed, with good outcomes when projects are well-coordinated but variability in responsiveness.
Positive experience in dealing with sales. Ie Darren….knowledgeable and friendly! Price checked and they provide a better product at less cost. Only needed window glass….no frame. One of only a few companies to provide that service. Highly recommended!
?? This review is to the two men that helped my son and I last year about this time when our car overheated; we were waiting in the line for a toy drive pick up, it was a long line up at the time, everyone with the same agenda..We had been waiting awhile; I noticed smoke coming out from under the hood which was actually steam however I had no idea though at the time, turning the car off in a panic and wasn't't really sure what to do next...???? This had happened in front of Magnum; Two men from this shop came out like a minute later and assisted with the situation; water in the rad for the time being.shortly after we were on our way..??I want you to know I am still very grateful for your kindness and helping us out that day,I had no idea what to do at the time.?? Even though this happened a year ago I still wanted for you 2 to know I am very grateful for what you did for us. ???????????????
Requested a quote for a window replacement 2 years ago. Someone came to measure and then it was radio silence. Had to continually email company to ask what was happening. So much time passed that they had to send someone out again to measure a second time. Then more silence and ignoring from the company. An email thread spanning 2 years of broken promises, us continually reaching out, and being “ghosted” by this company.0/5 do not recommend.
My initial experience working with this company was very pleasant. My project consisted of four separate residential units, and we purchased both the doors and the locks from this company. Given that these were four independent units, we should have received four separate locks with matching keys. However, to my surprise, I found that the keys for Unit A and Unit B were identical, as were the keys for Unit C and Unit D. Imagine moving into a new home only to find that your neighbor's key can unlock your front door! This was clearly a mistake made by the company with either the locks or the keys.On June 27, 2024, I sent my first email to inform them of the situation and requested a solution. After numerous emails and an endless amount of patience on my part (I was always polite and gave them plenty of time to address the issue), they still failed to provide a concrete response. Even by August, they had not resolved the problem. In the end, our general contractor had to rekey the locks at a cost of about $100. When I reached out to the company to request reimbursement, their response was: "It’s not our policy to pay for locksmith work to rekey your locks. Sorry, we can’t help you with this."In other words, they made the mistake, failed to fix it, and when I had to spend extra money to resolve the issue myself, they refused to compensate me for even the most basic expenses—let alone the indirect costs incurred during the two-month wait. While $100 may be a small amount for a company, for someone struggling with low income and family health issues like me, that $100 was hard-earned through saving and frugality.I urge everyone to be cautious when selecting a supplier. Just because they greet you with a warm smile and charming conversation doesn’t mean they will uphold integrity or take responsibility for their mistakes. If a company lacks basic honesty and accountability, how can clients trust them?
We just had all our windows replace by Magnum. They provided us with a full quote and were very willing to answer any questions we had as we compared their quote to others received. We found their prices to be very competitive. When we compared their quote to other we found that in addition to replacing the windows they also provided and installed the casings, liners and trim. They arrived exactly on schedule with a full crew. All the windows and exterior trim was installed the first day, the trim on the interior was installed the second day and the calking and putty was completed on the third day. The crew was friendly, courteous, efficient and left the home very tidy. The Milgard windows are beautiful and cleaned to perfection. I am very pleased with the work that Magnum did and would highly recommend them to others.
