Is it standard for your delivery drivers to turn around their commercial trucks in someone’s private driveway. Considering there is a perfectly good cul-de-sac at the end of the street. This is about the 3rd time your delivery crew has done this Coral Beach Road in lake county. Side note the windows going into the hose down the street look fantastic, would prefer of the driver didn’t turn the heavy truck around in my driveway when there is other options.

My review is for my experience with a warranty issue.My bathroom window seal broke somehow, making the window foggy in between the glass panes. I set up an appointment online, was contacted promptly by email by the Service Administrator to set up a time. I was given an appointment to fit my schedule in about 10 days from my initial contact. I was glad this could be done sooner than later! The crew that showed up was prompt, both guys were polite and professional, and my install was done quickly and pain free. There were no issues! I was extremely happy with the whole process. Dealing with their Service department was a pleasure. Westeck windows are nice, high quality windows, and the warranty process for me was great!
Our previous tenants broke two of the locking mechanisms on our Westeck Windows. During the move-out inspection, I discovered the issue but had no clue how to repair it or who to call. I also was short on time, because I have new tenants coming in 4 days, and wanted the job done while the suite was empty, if possible. I called Westeck, and spoke to Dave. I told Dave what I thought was the issue, and he committed to getting the job done in the short time frame I had. I got a phone call from Dave minutes after our first conversation. He had arranged for a technician to come the same day (today), and he asked me to send him photos so that the technician could come prepared to do the work with the parts needed for the job. The technician arrived and was courteous, capable, and quick. He diagnosed the issue and replaced hardware, and reset the first window, and replaced hardware on the second. By the time the technician left, I had gone from having no clue how to fix a problem, to problem solved in 2.5 hours. I could not have been happier with the job well done, and it feels like a weight off my shoulders knowing that there are locking windows throughout the suite again, and fully closing windows that will keep heat indoors in wintertime. We worked with Westeck Windows and Doors to arrange for a service call at a strata complex. I contacted them on a Thursday and they had their service crew there the following Thursday! Everyone was pleased with the repairs and happy to have their door in working order again. The best part about the whole experience was that all of the work was done free of charge!Thank you Neil, Michelle, and Head Technician Bryan for attending to this matter so quickly.
