We had an amazing experience with C&C glass. I was pregnant going into labor needed the job done asap. Josie went above and beyond had the team come out and replace the window. They were on time and in less than 2 hours it was done. They made my life a lot easier during that time. It was an emergency window replacement and they got it done quickly. They were very straightforward with the pricing and played no games. They are a great company and great employees who are honest. We will def refer them to family and friends!

C&C Glass just installed my shower door, and I couldn't be happier throughout the entire process. The staff was professional and accommodating at every step of the process. From setting the appointment for measurements, to the install. During the measurements, Dale took his time, asked questions, and gave recommendations for what would work best for me. This is the second bathroom I remodeled and both times I ordered my door from them, and both times the service was outstanding! Dale recommended getting Shield on the door and that has been such a blessing. The door always stays clean and water spot free. The customer service here is OUTSTANDING.
I needed to have a few Low E windows replaced, Jesenia, did a great job booking the appointment date. She kept me updated on the glass order and the installation date. Yuri came out and completed the assessment on the job. The price was very reasonable. Yuri and John did a fantastic job installing the new windows and repairing the third window spring glide tracks, they kept the work area clean while installing the windows and ensured everything was to my satisfaction before leaving.The staff at C&C Glass was very polite, professional, and courteous. They have always done superior work on other jobs for me and continue to do the same today. Thank you again !!
Hello I visited this place in Feb2024. Got a price and left my window . $180 and then I believe it went to $140. They said they would call, never did. I went in person to see what the issue was. They could not find my window but they remembered me bringing it in . They said give them a week or two and I did . No callback so I called and spoke to Darlene . She was looking into it but came back with the fact that they never got it . Nor was I in their system , not by phone number or address. I'm upset to say the least . How can I have been more prepared for this ? I did get a invoice ( that they have no record of ) so I'm stuck looking for my invoice . They guy there remembers me taking it in but who knows what happened to this person . Darlene said that she knows whom I'm speaking of, I'm wondering if they have security cameras to reference the drop off in feb ???
