We needed to replace an outside door, and our experience was seamless. We were treated with professionalism during every step of the process. From Steve our non aggressive sales person, the ordering process, to installation… All was completed without error and our door is absolutely beautiful! We will definitely use Infinity by Marvin again. Thank you. Mary from Loveland, Ohio

We had replacement windows installed for our entire house and are happy with the windows and everyone we encountered during the process- from sales to project management to installation. Everyone was very nice and kept us informed of the timeline for our project. The new windows look great and keep out insects and noise better than our original builder grade vinyl windows. We went with Infinity since they had a deal through Costco.

We've been thinking about having replacement windows installed in our house for several years. It's very costly to do, so we put it off until August of this year.
We've SO happy we chose Infinity (from Marvin) Replacement Windows! Ordered through Costco and the entire process from ordering through installation was smooth and easy.
Our installation crew was exceptional. They were on-time, professional, experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. Worked quickly and cleanly and the installation was a breeze.
Absolutely thrilled we chose to do this! Our house is quieter (we live in an urban area) and noticeably cooler, and I'm sure it will be warmer in the winter as well.

We had the entire set of windows in our house replaced with Infinity by Marvin. Everyone we interacted with along the way was very professional. The questions we had prior to and during installation were addressed promptly and to our satisfaction, and there was an excellent emphasis on communication. The install took 5+ days with minimal disruption to our home. James and David were excellent as installers and the follow up to ensure our satisfaction was highly appreciated. And we could not be happier with the elevation in our window functionality and both the inside and outside appearance of our home. Highly, highly recommended.

Chris and James were great to work with! They did a wonderful job installing the new windows and doors in my home!

How does Infinity Replacement choose the replacement method?
The consultant assesses existing windows for moisture, water damage, rot, structural concerns, and energy-efficiency or functional issues. Their condition determines whether the job uses a full-frame replacement or a one-for-one insert.
How does Infinity Replacement set the installation timeline?
When an order is placed, the consultant gives a detailed timing estimate. During the custom-build period, the team provides progress updates and confirms installation dates.
