I love this company! Several years ago Bay Glass & Window replaced all our windows and doors with hurricane rated ones and did a great job. Two of my doors recently became harder to slide and today Zach and Sam came to address the problem. They were great, very helpful and skilled, and completely resolved the problem! So nice when service afterwards is as excellent as the original work.

He even attended the required city planning meeting to help secure a permit in our historic neighborhood, which we truly appreciated.After the city delayed our permit for what felt like forever, Bay Glass scheduled our installation the very next week after it was issued. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and we’re extremely happy with the finished windows.Later, service techs Zach and Sam returned to make final adjustments.
