Karoly made this experience so easy, from the quote, offering a vets discount, answering every question thoroughly and providing additional information. The install crew was awesome, obviously experienced, professional and efficient. They made extra effort to keep the workspace clean and completed the job ahead of schedule. The process was so easy, simple and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely use them again for future projects!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! First I would like to say that I am a Real Estate Agent and honestly deal with companies all the time for my customers. This purchase was for my personal home, so finding exactly what I needed was even more so important, as I have never dealt with replacement windows & doors before. I interviewed three companies with KAROLY coming out way ahead in not only price, but quality of product, great customer service and having all of my questions and concerns answered immediately. My first experience was with Austin (director of projects). Austin was right on time for our appointment, measured and explained about the products, window installation and answered all of my questions. From the quote, to placing the order and all other items - it was truly a GREAT Experience! The office staff was polite, timely, and sent me everything I needed, when I asked for it! KUDOS to Page (Project Coordinator), Morgan (Project Specialist), Angelia (Office Manager) and a BIG THANK YOU to my Installers (Bo, Dario & Peter), they were efficient, clean/tidy and took care of my home, like it was there own!!! Choosing both a window brand and a company was a long, torturous, and time-consuming process for me, so I’m very happy that I ultimately chose Karoly Windows & Doors.

I’m extremely pleased with my new Simonton windows. They are not only beautiful but also very functional. I immediately noticed a significant reduction in outside noise, and the windows help maintain a comfortable indoor temperature. They are Energy Star rated, which was also very important to me.

Working with Karoly Windows & Doors was a great experience from start to finish. The contract timelines were reasonable and clearly communicated, and I received consistent updates at every stage of the project. Communication with the team was excellent — all my questions were answered promptly, and I truly appreciated the help with coordinating the entire process.

The installation crew did an outstanding job. Everything was well organized, efficient, clean, and professionally done.

I’m very satisfied with the results, give Karoly Windows & Doors the highest rating, and would confidently recommend them to anyone considering new windows.

I chose this company because I liked the fact that they were a small family-owned business. They were also local and had great reviews. Every employee I dealt with (both in the office and out in the field) were friendly, polite and competent. The installers were careful with my personal property, and did an excellent job! The quality of the windows is beyond my expectations. My home is quieter (no outside noise) and better insulated (no more cold drafts on my head at night)! I highly recommend Karoly Windows & Doors! ??
