We had an excellent experience with Seemray regarding our tilt and turn windows. Firstly, this is a great product - we are very pleased with the quality, sturdiness, functionality, and overall appearance. The entire ordering process was smooth, and the timeline was reasonable. The customer service representative, Rosti Aurant, was very professional, kept us informed about the status of our order, and handled all logistical details to ensure a smooth and prompt delivery. Just recently, we discovered that the handles and some plastic caps for hinges were lost during construction. Rosti quickly sent us replacement parts, and they arrived just in time for inspection. We have installed three windows in our house in California, including a three-panel window with tilt and turn panels on the sides and a picture window in the middle. There are not many companies that provide tilt and turn windows in the US. We are quite happy that we decided to purchase windows from Seemray. The overall experience has been great.
