I replaced the window in my living room, came out very nice, good job !!!i want to acknowledge, Juan and Jose window installers. very professional and pleased with their work.i wasn’t home when they arrived, they still waited for me and after the job was done they reinstalled my security alarm system by the window and put the blinds back.window we selected slides open and locks very easily. love it so much!
We had an outstanding experience with Clovis Glass ordering and installing new Anlin Windows and a slider in our newly purchased home.Randy came to our home and spent time educating us about our options and carefully measuring our windows and door. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient as we made our selection. It took the standard six weeks for them to arrive, and on February 4, 2026 they were installed.The transformation is incredible - our new large kitchen window finally opens, and the new transom window brings in so much more natural light. We also love the two beautiful new bedroom windows, the two much-needed reed bathroom windows for added privacy, and the gorgeous master slider with a security door slider.The crew consisting of Juan, Jose, and Carlos were personable, professional, hardworking, efficient, and clearly very knowledgeable. Everything was impeccably installed, and they left the space spotless, completing the entire project in just five hours.We are absolutely thrilled with the results and highly recommend Clovis Glass and their fantastic crew!

This is not the review I had planned to write for Clovis Glass. Every step of the process from beginning to end was great! Everyone was incredibly communicative and the whole process was timely and quick!The installers Jose, Juan, and Carlos were great! Not only were they quick and efficient, but they went above and beyond with cleanup as they went. 19 windows installed in two days without a single hitch from them. At the point of project completion, my wife and I we're incredibly satisfied with everything and I was ready to give a glowing 5 star review and refer Clovis Glass to anyone who was thinking about new windows. Everyone we worked with up until this point were great!A few hours after installation had wrapped up, I realized one of the windows in the kitchen wouldn't stay open. Not exactly ideal for a brand new window, but things happen and I wasn't terribly worried about it. I would just call the office the next day and have someone check it out. After all, it could absolutely be user error on my part or a quick fix.My opinion of the company took a nosedive when I called to let them know about the issue. A manager determined that we would need to open a warranty claim with the window manufacturer and that they would reach out in 4-6 weeks to inspect the issue. Again I understand that manufacturing issues happen. However, I find it completely absurd that Clovis Glass isn't even willing to send someone out to take a look at the problem. I'm not asking for immediate replacement of the window. In fact, if it was determined that the window was defective I'd be completely understanding and still have a glowing opinion of the company! Instead I feel like it's been a complete tone shift now that the job is done and I was basically given a "not our problem" without even seeing if it may be a quick fix.This is not an easy review for me to write. As someone who also works for a company that thrives on positive word of mouth, I know that a negative review affects everyone involved in the process. I want to stress again that every person I've talked to and worked with have been lovely, and if you're reading this please know that it's nothing you did wrong. However, after paying over $16,500 for 19 windows, not even getting the common courtesy of a follow up inspection on an issue is incredibly disappointing.
RECOMMENDED. I had the windows/doors in my house replaced (16 total). It only took two days. From the sales department to clean up after installation everyone was professional, responsive, arrived on time and my house was clean when they left. Their prices are reasonable and were well within what I expected. My installers were Carlos T and Jose A they arrived on time both days, the work was great and they cleaned up both days. I will definitely be using them again.
