Wayne picked up the phone personally the morning I called Five Star to get a quote, and from that moment on you'd think we were his only customer. He came out the next day to begin an estimate, taking his time and then calling a few times to discuss nuances and variations. Our project was a little unusual, and Wayne and his crew handled it with great care and skill. We scheduled him to replace the siding on our house immediately after another crew had removed the old siding, and to do this while we were out of town for two weeks. As the first crew was finishing its job, a thunderstorm threatened and Wayne hustled (successfully) to get the moisture barrier in place before the storm. He communicated closely with us throughout the process, discussing details, making suggestions, and sending dozens of photos. The crew painted the siding, trim, deck stairs, windows, and doors and replaced a battered gutter. The house looked like new when we got home. We are very grateful and will now get a quote from Five Star for new windows.

We have been pleased with the quality and workmanship of Five Star Siding and Windows out of College Station,TX. What a great local business! Our new windows look fantastic. Starting with the initial consultation, Wayne and his crew kept us informed about products, install procedures, warranties, and billing. They were very responsive and easy to deal with. Our expectations were high and Five Star didn't disappoint. They were not only thoughtful about the install, paying attention to every detail, but also took into consideration, our landscaping, and the fact that we have pets. They locked gates and made sure their work area was left clean and safe. We had six windows replaced and after seeing how painless the process was, we are now having them do the entire house. The pricing is reasonable, and the results, exceptional.

We had several companies come to our house for an estimate & Wayne was the only one who went out of his way to explain the process & show us examples of their products. He was so thorough & brought in physical examples of what the windows would look like. So helpful for people like my husband & I who aren’t well versed in windows. The price was reasonable and beat the competitors for better quality windows. The end result is just fantastic! Their team was so considerate of our sleeping baby, and they did a great job of cleaning up. Cannot recommend this company enough! Thank you for our beautiful windows!!

We replaced all the windows at our house, I think there were 21 windows. Wayne and his crew did an amazing job, great attention to detail. Very responsive and communicative. The windows look amazing! He’s a local guy, been doing this for years, and his experience and expertise shows. We definitely recommend Wayne at Five Star siding and windows. (Pictures, we replaced gridded ones with Griselda ones).
