Wayne picked up the phone personally the morning I called Five Star to get a quote, and from that moment on you'd think we were his only customer. He came out the next day to begin an estimate, taking his time and then calling a few times to discuss nuances and variations. Our project was a little unusual, and Wayne and his crew handled it with great care and skill. We scheduled him to replace the siding on our house immediately after another crew had removed the old siding, and to do this while we were out of town for two weeks. As the first crew was finishing its job, a thunderstorm threatened and Wayne hustled (successfully) to get the moisture barrier in place before the storm. He communicated closely with us throughout the process, discussing details, making suggestions, and sending dozens of photos. The crew painted the siding, trim, deck stairs, windows, and doors and replaced a battered gutter. The house looked like new when we got home. We are very grateful and will now get a quote from Five Star for new windows.

Mr. Kidd's claims about our new windows were spot on. Noise reduction was almost immediate as was the lessening of the ambient temperature in the house. Michael did an outstanding job on the install; he was fast, neat, and just plain fabulous. The cost was reasonable, and our house looks 30 years younger! He was so thorough & brought in physical examples of what the windows would look like. So helpful for people like my husband & I who aren’t well versed in windows. The price was reasonable and beat the competitors for better quality windows. The end result is just fantastic! We replaced all the windows at our house, I think there were 21 windows. Wayne and his crew did an amazing job, great attention to detail. Very responsive and communicative. The windows look amazing!
