My door is absolutely stunning. So heavy, so durable, so stylish. It was a bit custom as I provided a style I had seen from an online post and Tuscan was able to produce it with ease. I selected the black powder coat and adorned her with gold hardware…the perfect choice for an elegant entry.And just as important as the strength and beauty of the door is the experience from start to finish. I had a wonderful day with my install team, Freddy and Justin. They were very professional, on time, focused, hard-working guys with great personalities and a lot of skill. They took the time needed to demo the old door and install, seal, clean, and test the new one for maximum operation. Left my home as clean as they found it…just superb.And I can’t forget where this journey started, with my sales rep Emily Thompson. She has been so knowledgeable, so kind and patient, and never pushy. Always answered a text or call when I was in the valley of indecision on style, and just made the entire experience wonderful.This door has made our lovely Colonial all the more beautiful, and we’ll be back soon for a solid and secure back door. Our experience with Tuscan Iron Entries was excellent! The showroom had a great display of doors and all the different design elements you could use to select a door! The staff was very friendly and helpful! We were able to custom design our door! This door changed the look of our house in a charming way! This door is exactly what we were looking for! The quality and detail of the door is amazing and the doors are made here in Collierville! We highly recommend this company!
Tuscan did a beautiful job. I love the new entryway door . We get so many compliments on it. It is so heavy!! We also had a window make over into a door leading out to the patio/pool area. I am do in love with this make over!! I recommend Tuscan. This was a one day makeover.
10 out of 10. Highly recommend!!! The craftsmanship and level of detail are unmatched. We looked at other USA manufacturers and they were not welding and finishing to this quality. You need to look at these doors in person before you purchase and you won't be going anywhere else.We had a custom design in mind and one of the owners personally sketched it by hand. Once approved they moved onto CAD approvals. The final result was even better than we could have imagined!!!We were very close to ordering from another company until we looked at their doors in person. So glad we took the time to inspect doors from each company before making the purchase.We would definitely choose Tuscan Iron Entries again!
5 star quality doors and hardware, definitely recommend, and I would use them again. Ned is fantastic! Just keep in mind the install is more complex than you might be ready for, and there is a lot of communication that has to happen. If you are, or have a contractor who will trim out after the installation, you are good to go. If you are merely a homeowner, buying direct, with limited skills/experience, like me, please know that you will have to hire a skilled trim carpenter to do a lot of work to finish the project, inside and out. This could add $500+ and weeks to the project. The pictures I included are after the first pass with the trim carpenter. (I left the plastic on to protect the doors from other work happening). He will have to come back again to complete the outside, and then my painter will caulk and paint the trim. Think about this from the beginning and plan it out. Still VERY worth it--but be prepared and you will have a great experience. The door is of the absolute highest quality--it really makes the room I installed it in and beautifies the outside of my house! Def recommend!
