After consulting with several window replacement companies, we decided to go with Window Nation. The sales pitch was not high pressure, communication with the company was good and the installers were professional and efficient. The price was reasonable compared to other companies and the windows are good quality replacements for our aging windows. The crew was careful to cover flooring and carpet and during the process of installation swept and vacuumed continuously leaving no mess behind. Supervisors monitored the work and ordered an immediate repair to an outside piece of trim that cracked during installation, completely replacing the damaged piece to perfectly match the existing trim. Our poor experience with another company in a prior home left us concerned about entering such a big project again, so we choose carefully. I would recommend that anyone considering window replacement contact this company and compare what they have to offer for product and price. My hope is that replacement of our broken, old drafty windows with these new replacements will add to the comfort of our home and keep heating and cooling expenses under control. They look great!
Signed a contract for a garden window in August 2025 and 1st installation attempt was end of October. The window's measurement's were off by40%, and when called GilbertWilliamson (installation manager) toinquire how this happened, he clearly stated the Window Nationmeasurement team screwed up themeasurement inputs so the factoryproduced the wrong size. Gilbert then said they would try to expedite the remake for possibly an early Decemberinstallation. I called in November and early December seeking an updated status, only to never get one except"we put in for a remake, haven't heard from the factory". But, little did Gilbert know, that the contract had an obligatory installation date of 12/22/2025 IF the error was insideWindow Nation's control. And itabsolutely was as Gilbert already said it was his team that screwed up and a lawyer even confirmed this was an "easy case". So, I raised this date to Gilbert and his alleged boss, Chris Thomas, in early December to give them ample time to plan for the 12/22 date. They outright refused to accept their contract terms, so the attorney and I planned to start sending out the formalservice stop letters effectively telling Window Nation they had until 12/22 to begin install or the contract is void. However, the attorney's full retainer fees weren't too far off from the cost of the window (only ordered 1 window), sowe decided it was best to give ChrisThomas one more chance at rectifying the issue. Chris' rectification was just essentially him throwing Gilbert under the bus by further explaining Gilbertlied initially and that it was the factory who messed up, not the installation team, and that Gilbert is known for deceit and ineptitude. This was funny enough that we decided to let them finish the production and installation, and they finally installed the window mid-February. The window is of terrible quality and the 60 year old window that was replaced was miles better. The sales rep told us the support box would not be needed for the new window and would be removed during installation, only for the installers to claim they don't do siding so they would have to leave it. Now, it looks worse than before. So, unless you want a poor quality window at above market price and 4 months behind schedule all while the employes are throwing each other under the bus to avoid accountability, then look somewhere else.
John visited my home and provided a comprehensive overview of Window Nation, including a demonstration highlighting the windows’ ability to retain heat and block out cold air. He conducted himself with the utmost professionalism, and the pricing he presented was excellent. I greatly appreciate the detailed information he shared about the company. Based on my experience thus far, I highly recommend Window Nation. I have not yet had the windows and sliding glass door installed, but I will provide an additional review once the installation has been completed.
This process has taught us that there’s a lot to more to know about windows than we thought and that doing your research really matters! We had a few quotes prior, and Window Nation was able to meet us at another previous quote, which we appreciated. Hayden was great to work with — thorough, easy to talk to, and willing to take the time to walk us through all the different aspects of our window options. He listened to our concerns and answered everything clearly and thoughtfully. He even called a colleague on speakerphone (on a Sunday!) to get extra input, which we really appreciated and felt showed great transparency. We’re scheduled to move forward and I’ll be happy to update my review after installation.
Very good experience from the beginningBeat all competitors hands down on quality, service, and pricing!John is amazing and has worked hard to meet my needs. The office staff to the service staff have all been kind patient and willing to help with any curveball and question they receive! The design of my doors are just what I dreamed of. I will be a return customer and recommend everyone to John at window nation!
