I recently contacted Crystal Exteriors because the screen door on my ProVia sliding patio door would no longer stay on track. I sent a text asking whether the issue might be covered under the warranty and honestly wasn't expecting much more than a simple answer. To my surprise, Crystal Exteriors immediately offered to send someone out to inspect it. A technician arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem as a broken roller, and replaced it on the spot. The repair itself was relatively simple, but that's not what impressed me most. What stood out was the level of customer service. Crystal Exteriors treated my request with the same professionalism and urgency that they would have given a much larger or more complicated job. In today's world, it's easy for companies to focus only on big projects, but Crystal Exteriors demonstrated that they truly value their customers long after the original installation is complete. Their responsiveness, follow-through, and commitment to customer satisfaction were outstanding. It's refreshing to work with a company that stands behind its products and takes care of its customers regardless of the size of the issue. I highly recommend Crystal Exteriors and will gladly use them again in the future.

I recently had my roof, gutters, and downspouts replaced by Crystal Exteriors LLC and I was extremely pleased. The owner, Jason Lim is professional and knowledgable and made the who process seamless. In addition, Crystal Exteriors LLC has a ShingleMaster PRO for Certainteed SureStart. Mr. Lim was always responsive to my questions by phone, text, and email. I appreciated the detail estimate. The crew arrived promptly and covered landscaping, porch steps etc. When the roof was completed the crew cleaned everything including a magnetic sweep. The roof, gutters, and downsputs looks fantastic. I highly recommend Crystal Exterior for roof, gutters, and downspouts. They also do siding, windows, and doors.

Crystal Exteriors is hands down the best. I’m not one who writes many reviews but I really want to highlight this company and the owner Edgar. We had 4 doors installed in 2018, all of them have been great and they look like they will stay that way for many years to come. Over the past 8 years I’ve only had to request service twice and that was for a storm door. Both issues were accessory parts worn down by general use. Both times they addressed the issue immediately. I couldn’t be happier with them and the service they provided. While I recognize I could have found a contractor to replace these doors cheaper in the past, it is the attention to detail and amazing customer service that have more than maid up for a little upfront savings. Peace of mind is a premium in my experience and I have that with all my doors and my relationship with Crystal Exteriors. You won’t go wrong choosing them for your projects.
