I have a mixed review as Nu Look is ideally a business vendor and rely on 3rd party contractors to actually do the work. I had siding done in October 2025 ?During our initial consultation, I was told that Nulook is a "family-owned" business that stands by its customers "throughout the entire process." My experience has been the exact opposite. Once your third-party contractor signaled they were done, your communication ceased entirely. Relying solely on a contractor’s word without verifying customer satisfaction is not "standing behind your customers"—it is a failure of service. When you finally called in February 2026 you wanted to know how my siding was holding up. To date and after 3 emails you have yet to acknowledge your failure at customer satisfaction, not what I was expecting from a family owned business. incredibly frustrating when you’ve already paid for or received a service, only to be "ghosted" the moment you have a follow-up issue, or you reach out to ask how my siding is doing. It feels like the partnership ended the second the check cleared.

NuLOOK just completed replacing the siding on my house, and I couldn’t be happier. I was happy with the price, the workmanship, and the seamless
Transaction. Jess explained the products they use for the job and showed samples so I knew what I was getting, and she helped me choose a color that complemented my home. She even added my shed to the job to match my house. Sandy was the project coordinator, and she did an excellent job of explaining any prep I had to do (removing pictures on the outside walls, etc), and overseeing the job. The job took 5 days, and the crew arrived every morning at 8 am and didn’t leave that day until they completed the day’s work. Even though the temperature was only in the 20’s, the crew worked as a team and enjoyed their work. They were polite, respectful, and discussed with me any issues that popped up. The finished product is beautiful, and they cleaned up when the job was done. Considering how much siding had to be removed, they left the yard in clean condition with only a few small stray pieces of material. I would not hesitate to use them for another project in the future.

After telling not one but two of Nu Look representatives that all extra materials need to stay since the crew didn’t speak English. Which I was guaranteed at least one could they took it all. I had to call to get On materials back. There excuse was they “forgot”

I have been needing a new roof for a while, called several places. No complaints specifically about any of the competition I called to compare. I chose Nu Look to install our new roof mostly because of the refreshing low pressure consult. Other companies trying to sell a product obviously used high pressure sales gimmicks to try and motivate me to buy "today". Nu Look didn't do that and I appreciate it.
Regarding the install as promised the crew arrived around 7am, had the roof stripped by 9, roof complete and grounds cleaned up by 7:30pm!
Cleanup was very good, yes I walked the area the next day and found plenty of nails and a little trash. For the size of the project and the speed in which they got it done I can't complain. Having worked construction I know site cleanup can be a pain and nobody is ever as picky as the home owner.
I would definitely recommend Nu Look, the pricing is fair and in line with the other bigger companies. Yes the smaller guys will be significantly cheaper. For me a warranty that will be around longer than a smaller shop is worth the piece of mind and extra money.
