Prime Exterior Solutions

It’s raining. I mean REALLY raining. I’m selling a house and the closing is tomorrow morning. There’s water coming through the ceiling into the kitchen. I’m in an emergency and there’s only one call I make. Prime Exterior Solutions, period. They’re there in 30 minutes. We find a branch has fallen through the roof and I need help. Tyler and his crew are there with a new boot, new roof sheathing and shingles to match the roof. One hour later and they are done. My last stop? Hot Box Cookies for the boys and they deserve it. You can’t go wrong with this level of service. No leaks and all is well. The closing goes as planned and we are tickled. Thank you for all of your help!

The work that was done was quality work. I have used this company to repair siding before - and that work was also great -- the project manager on the siding project was wonderful. I had a different project manager on this project (putting windows on a screened in porch and a set of french doors -- and he was younger (just inexperienced, I think) and not the best at communication, so I had to regularly reach out about timing and status and some minor concerns -- all were addressed appropriately and eventually... but this project manager could do a wee bit better on the communication front! Still HIGHLY recommend this company!

I worked with Prime on a project to adjust the windows in our living room (change the size + replace). This required a few stages of construction to include removing old windows, re-framing and drywalling, adding new custom windows and replacing the exterior siding. I enjoyed working with both Jackson, our sales/project contact, and Tyler, our day-of PgM. While we had some delays with materials being delivered from vendors, there was nothing that was out of the ordinary for a construction job -- you'll always need to be a bit flexible. Jackson and Tyler were always kind with me and my family, calm when addressing concerns, and quick to return messages when I had questions. You could tell they cared about our home and our family. They pointed out other concerns with windows we weren't ready to replace but shared how we could do a fix on to hold them out longer; they gave me some tips on how to trim out the interiors because I wanted to DIY it; and even ran a magnet over the worksite to ensure the clean-up was immaculate. We will be working with Prime on future projects! [Update: the team checks in to see how everything is going!]

We had a small area of our roof that needed repair. DJ at Prime Exteriors was so great to work with. He kept us informed throughout the process. The repair was completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. We would definitely recommend their services for any exterior repairs.

We had Prime Exterior install new gutters and gutter guards on our house. Jackson Brawner is very professional and easy to work with. He was responsive to all our requests and questions. Landon and the installation team was proficient and got the job done in a day. They too, were professional and made sure they cleaned up before they left. We highly recommend using Prime Exterior.
