We are delighted to share that we just had the best experience with Champion's Factory Representative, Courtney Golder, who came to our home to discuss replacing our windows. We were impressed with Ms. Golder's professionalism, product knowledge, and how she sought to understand our needs and find the best solution for us (products and pricing). It all started with an online appointment setup. Easy to do and ended up being a good decision. We meet with our sales rep Damian who I was very happy to see at my door after reading his reviews left by other clients. He came in on a Saturday and spent most of the day with us. He was very pleasant to speak with. Very knowledgeable and great at his job. He took the time to demo the products we inquired about and answered all of our questions. He got to know us and understood our needs for our home. Not at any point did he rush and try to push anything. Helped make our decision on our current needs vs wants. Thank you so much for that.Now to the projects. First came the door project: door looks fantastic and glad I went with the new design over the standard 6 panel door. Steel door with pvc trim just as I asked cause my last 2 doors rotted out. The crew that installed it did an awesome job but had a minor issue but came back to correct the issue same day. Took extra time but thankful. The crew that installed the door was professional and polite and answered all questions I had, very pleasant to deal with.Project windows: windows look great and very functional. So far the house feels like it’s staying cooler which is great. The crew that came out for the windows were also professional and polite. The one guy I dealt with the most answered all my questions and I asked quite a few. Was concerned about certain things and he ensured me everything will be sealed and look great. Just had to trust the process. Everything looked great upon inspection just had to make sure the drain holes on a couple of the windows got cleared of caulking.Local champion Columbia office was great to deal with. I was notified by text on the ordering, making, receiving and scheduling of windows and door. Jeremy was main contact for most of my conversation. Answered questions and got us on the schedule promptly. Overall I am pleased with the outcome come of the projects and look forward to our other future projects like new siding.
I am pleased overall with the outcome, but the journey there was not to my liking. The worker who came to install the temporary fix for the missing glass did a very sloppy job; it was not two days later that it began to fall apart. I have pictures that I need to share with you. I will be posting them to Facebook. I am unable to recommend your services at this time. The rep who sold me the package said that he would be in contact with me. I called him he never bothered to return my call after getting the sale. I should have backed out then. The main installer, John, was awesome as well as Dennis, who kept in touch with me. Overall all my rating will be a neutral 5
