Window World is the absolute best hands down!! My field rep Chloe has been nothing less than amazing!! From the first day she proved to be very knowledgeable made sure I was well aware and prepared for all things to come. She went as far as telling me the names of the individuals that I would get a call from and who would show up to do the work.Ginger the office representative was a great help as well making sure to call me keeping me informed of everything that was taking place just as Chloe said she would.Today was the big day the day in which I finally got to meet Daniel for myself as he came highly spoken of by Chloe, and I felt as if I knew him for years! He walked me through everything that was about to take place and throughout the job he constantly checked with me and made sure to answer any questions I had which were few to none. Once the install was complete he gave me a demonstration on how the windows work and even repeated it when my son came home. He allowed us to do some hands on training before he left, ensuring we got it down packed and didn’t miss and steps while he explained.I will only work with Chloe, Daniel and Ginger for all my replacements as they know how to treat people and answers all questions with such grace and compassion.Next on the list will be some new entry doors.

This is my second experience with Window World. The representative came out, worked with us to figure out the best window/technique for our replacement, measured, and ordered the windows. This time we replaced 17 windows. The technicians showed up on time with good attitudes. They went right to work. They answered all of my questions and completed the project by the end of the day. They also cleaned up. I thoroughly recommend them and will use them at least one more time to complete my whole house window replacement.
We had every window replaced on the back side of our house! Chloe was great when she gave our presentation! Daniel’s team arrived and they were so kind clean, professional yet so genuine! Even our dogs loved Daniel and he was so good with them! We are now getting the front windows done soon! We want Daniel’s team and Chloe to quote our windows! LOVE THEM, CHLOE, DANIEL AND THEIR TEAM!
My new windows were installed this morning. From the consultation with Chloe Paris through the clean up when the installation was done : I am one happy satisfied customer! I have and house (1932), most of the windows were original to the house. I was ‘sold’ by another company for way too much money and referred to Chloe. She made space for myconsult and came the next day. She was amazing! Real and no BS information. I was able to afford to have 16 of my 17 windows done for a cost I was blown away with. Financing went smoothly. Very doablefor me. I wasn’t going to have my small windows done but she suggested how it would make me feel to see them everyday. She was right! They look great and it been like seeing with me new glasses. I just keep staring at them. The crew was so wonderful! They worked fast and was done in less than 5 hours.They cleaned up so well it looked like they have never been there. I am pleased, pleased!
