Preston responded to my message right away via text, and first thing Monday morning I got a call confirming they were on it. They sent Noah out, and he was professional, friendly, and incredibly reassuring.I walked him through the issues with our garage door. He immediately put me at ease, explained that the fix wouldn’t be very expensive, and took care of everything that needed replacing. He even made sure my vehicles were protected during the installation since I wasn’t home to move one of them.Top-notch service, clear communication, and zero stress. I would absolutely recommend Executive Doors and Gates and will use them again in the future.
I accidentally backed into my garage yesterday morning and my car was stuck in the garage. I called and left an ‘emergency’ voicemail. Within 10 minutes I received a text that Noah was on his way. He arrived 15 minutes later. He fixed and serviced my garage door in less than 40 minutes and I was on my way. There was no ‘emergency’ service up charge either. I have had amazing service from Executive both times I’ve needed them.
Excellent Customer Service. Great selection of Garage Doors. This Company has been around for a very long time. We used them in Columbia for many years. FYI, Preston is the Owner and he is very Hands On. The installation was perfect and the Door is nearly silent.
