I had a relatively small rock peck in my windshield. While I know that you will always visibly be able to see the peck , I expected it to look somewhat different. I expected the peck to at least be filled in flush with the windshield . I didn’t feel that it was done that way. The personnel , process and communication were very good though.
Jamie was very informative and efficient in replacing my windshield. It’s a tough job but he had everything needed to accomplish the work. Finished product looks great. I would highly recommend their services.
Good service, and very accommodating! My windshield had a few small chips, and my insurance company referred me to Auto Glass. During the first appointment, it started raining, so they couldn't complete the installation. The office called within minutes and let me choose a new date that worked for me. The windshield was installed and calibrated in about an hour and a half. I'm very pleased with the entire experience!
The glass looks great. However, the technician hit something in my vehicle, I'm assuming the curb in the parking lot where he went to change the glass out. He never mentioned this. The day he left, i noticed a piece of my car disconnected from the underneath and both passenger side tires had scuff marks. One day after leaving, both my tires on the passenger side were low. I aired them both up and two days later, the rear right tire would not hold air. Very disappointed bc the tech was super nice, but I'm a little annoyed this is the caliber of service.
