I explained what I wanted to the technician Blake, blackout for a nightshift worker. I went with roller shades for 2 large windows, first time having this type of product installed. He was friendly in person but neglected to mention during communication that they didn’t come with a valance (additional to roll). When mounted by Todd (super nice guy), we noticed a 1.5 inch gap of light coming through that even blackout curtains couldn’t mitigate, this was never mentioned at any time. Throughout communication I felt I had to harass him to get any answers. We had other estimates but went with them because they ensured they were more economical and could be here and mounted in 2 weeks (they were but I had to call to find out if they were coming in on day 13).I would not utilize them again.
