ASAP Auto Glass

I don't like being inconvenienced. The owner of this business has a problem with not remembering what he says. I was quoted a price after providing my glass id# and then when I went to the shop, I was told $5more. I know it's only $5, but it's the principle. Then I was told to bring my car 1st thing when the shop opens at 8am & i dropped my vehicle off at 8:05am, so I could get in & out within 3hrs total only to be told that my car won't be ready til 4:30pm because he has 7 cars in front of me. When I was there it was only 2 vehicles already there. How? I am pleased with the windshield replacement, but not how he conducted business with me.

I originally called glassboys, but got canceled twice. So, I went online searching for another glass company that can replace my wife’s windshield as the crack has spread throughout the whole windshield. I found ASAP Auto Glass and they answered right away. The name says it all…he got me taken care of ASAP. I carefully reviewed all the reviews before calling and the company had a great track record. Long story short, ASAP Auto Glass had me taken care of before 1500hrs AND it was the day after Thanksgiving. Thank you ASAP Auto Glass for getting my wife’s vehicle taken care of. You did an amazing job! He came all the way to my place in Seale, AL from Columbus. Very professional and great work! Thank you again sir! And SEMPER FI Devil Dog!!
