Best experience from measuring to install. Upfront that replacement wouldn’t be the same as original but would work and look good. Updated on time of install and arrival. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Mitch and crew are the best!

Albany Blinds did a better than 5 Star job on the plantation shutters they built for us. Perfect customer service, came to my house when they said they would. We were so impressed with this company. The owner came out measured and said it would take at least five weeks. Well they came in at three half weeks. Called us they came out installed them and we absolutely love our shutters. He worked with us to find the right size for our windows. Can't say enough about his employees. They were very professional answered all our questions. They installed them fast and made sure enough thing was perfect. If I could I would give them a ten. Mitch and his team are spectacular! From the original consult, Mitch proved to be an expert. He was already familiar with the home builder and model of our new house, came out and confirmed measurements, color, and worked through a few options for blinds and shutters on the spot to find what worked best for our needs and tastes. Great communication through the custom build and setting installation date. The installation crew was very thorough, showing me how to operate everything and how to make adjustments. Quality is awesome. I couldn't be happier with our experience with The Blind Factory!
