We love our new windows, we decided to go with the black windows and I am so happy that we did. It really updated our home. Also, the installers were great, worked very hard and were very nice even though it though it was dark before they finished and I think they still had to drive back to Atlanta after completing our window installation. They were working the entire time they were here, I did not even see that stop for a break, they were so focused. So congratulations Window World, you have exceptional employees, I am glad we decided to go with Window World. We are still waiting on our doors but I feel sure that as soon as the doors are delivered to Columbus, they will be installed immediately.

He answered all my questions and was able to get us on the books quickly. The team arrived early and completed the windows within one day. They were professional and communicated when needed. Everything was cleaned up just as it was when they got there. The windows look amazing. I am very pleased with the job.
