Cap City Restoration

Cap City, specifically Justin and Jamie did an excellent job repairing an issue I had with my drip edge and rain going behind my gutters. They also installed new gutters. The price was excellent. Their team was incredibly professional, punctual and kept the job site clean. Communication was excellent from start to finish. They were friendly and delivered high-quality work and made the whole process easy. Thanks Cap City

I had my roof sheeting and shingles replaced, then had all my fascia wrapped w all bad wood replaced. Jamie and Austin were great to work with. They were on site throughout all the work. Their work crews did high quality and efficient work, and cleaned up way better than I even expected. I was previously quoted an insane price for the work by another contractor, and cap city did the same work for way less w/ out sacrificing any quality. Cap city also replaced all my siding last year to the same standards I have mentioned here. I highly recommend them as their integrity, value, and workmanship are top notch!

Jamie and Austin (and the team of roofers) did an amazing job with my roof replacement. Turnaround time after signing the contract was less than a week! Finished result looks great and I now have a lot more ventilation with the ridge and gutter vent additions.

Cap City Restorations recently replaced our roof, and the experience exceeded expectations from start to finish. The project was handled with efficiency, professionalism, and care. The team leaders, Jamie, Mike, and Austin, provided outstanding guidance, were consistently available for questions, and ensured that the installation process ran smoothly. When challenges arose—as is often the case with older homes—they addressed them quickly and effectively. Their dedication, attention to detail, and customer-first approach set them apart.  My mother and our family are truly grateful for their graciousness and top-level service. I would highly recommend the entire Cap City Restorations Team to anyone seeking top-quality roofing services. LDBrandon.

Jamie and the Cap City Restoration team were incredible. He walked us through the build of our home, explained the process and materials, and answered any question we had. We met with a few roofing companies, but felt Jamie’s transparency, quality-assurance and approach was right for us - we were absolutely correct. The crew completed the entire project in one day and left the place cleaner than they found it! Couldn’t be happier with Cap City and will recommend always.
