We used Royal Window and Door for our home closet door renovation in December 2023. We met the owner, Andrew, at their Concord showroom and explained the door design we were interested in. We ultimately chose Royal Window & Door because not only do they supply the doors, they'll paint, install, and dump your old doors. On install day, the crew was very friendly and completed install within a couple hours. I would recommend Royal Window & Door for your future project!
Our entire experience with Royal Window and door was fantastic. From the moment I walked in to talk to David about a last-minute project, to completion with excellent work done by Jamie... hands down 10/10. With David and Jamie's help we were able to make a lot of last-minute decisions and they installed three beautiful skylights for us. What stood out from the experience was the amount of detail and time David took to explain the options to me and they were able to expedite everything. We will use them for doors in the future. Great business!
Royal is great. We've paid them a lot of money two times for both doors + windows for an ADU and our main house. We've been very happy with everything and the times we've had maintenance issues, they've had good customer service. Honoring the warrantees and sending out crews to fix!
This is the go to company for door repairs. Andrew got my project scheduled promptly and Jaime repaired my pocket door and other wonky doors one two three. So pleased with their service. Thanks for a job well done.
Customer service is top notch. My home was being sold and I needed a fire door in a pinch. They were able to pull it off in a couple of days unlike other companies which would of taken weeks for a custom size holding up my sale. Thanks for the expedient service and follow through and I will be back for next door project.
