We purchased a retractable screen door in July of 2022. It has worked flawlessly until one of our kid's dogs went through the screen last summer. I scheduled a service call and the technician showed up as scheduled and repaired the screen very quickly, as well as performed routine maintenance. We are looking forward to once again enjoying this retractable screen door this year. I recommend Screens of Northern California. They sell a top of the line product and are a pleasure to work with.
Price was $625. Not bad. Shawn was professional and arrived on time. Installation was clean and quick. I was able to get an appointment within 2 days of calling, and they answered their phone! I would recommend this company for your retractable screen door needs.
I had 3 phantom screens ( one for French doors) which have held up for over 10 years with zero problems. Zero! Well my 95 pound German shepherd crashed through one screen once but that is not Phantom Screen’s fault. So today I added 2 more. The design is different but the company’s responsiveness and quality of work remains stellar. I will miss the push/pull to release the magnets of the original screen door. It is a pretty effective bad guy deterrent at the pedestrian door to my garage! But the new doors’ release is welcome. Great solid company doing continued good work, thank you!
I'm very pleased with my new retractable screens. Amanda was very helpful from the start of the process, showing me samples of screen options and answering questions. Tony was punctual, did an expert installation and explained maintenance tips for the screens. I recommend this company 100%.
