She was so polite and helpful.The salesman, Zach, was very honest about the prices and helpful while choosing the windows that were best for my home.The installers arrived on time, and they were very knowledgeable and meticulous.My energy efficient windows are absolutely beautiful, and this truly made a huge difference in my home.I cannot recommend Window Depot of Arkansas enough. They are amazing team, and they all went above and beyond.From the beginning call to the final product, this was an amazing experience. I will be using them for any future projects!!
We had Window Depot of Conway replace our patio door and 11 windows and front door on my sister's home. Zack came and showed us available products and gave us recommendations. He gave us a fixed cost of doors, windows, and installation. The installer, Shawn, came out to ensure they ordered the correct products and had everything needed to complete the job. It took several weeks to get the windows and doors made and delivered. Shawn and his crew came out quickly and began installation. Shawn is very meticulous, ensuring everything is done correctly. He was constantly teaching his crew how to correctly complete every step. After installation, Shawn and his crew cleaned up and hauled away all trash. Karen, the office manager, was very helpful in keeping us updated on progress on our projects.
The guys at window depot did an outstanding job with installing our new windows. They were very courteous and respectful. Zack and Shawn were awesome to deal with and our windows look great!
This is my second review. Shawn and Dillon replaced my front door. They were prompt, informative and very professional. The door didn't come with some hardware that it was supposed to and Shawn handled it promptly. The install looks awesome and the weather sealing they did was above and beyond. I will not hesitate to use this company again for my windows and doors. A special shout out to Karen, the office manager. She is awesome!
