We can’t get anyone from this company to return a call or a text message, it’s like they think it’s a dating app and they ghosting us. We spent a small fortune on glass and rails for an outside deck and stairs as well as had a custom designed set of sliding office doors done in the interior. The sliders are 3 years old and have only intermittently worked. Despite be “adjusted” last year they are now stuck in a partially open position and it looks like one rail is disconnected. We’re concerned for the safety hazard as the door is very large and heavy and it could cause catastrophic damage to the custom designed office and anyone in it.

They appear to be much more service oriented up front when it comes to quoting and sales than dedicated to the install and service of the work sold.

As stated at the start, multiple messages left by phone, text, email over multiple weeks with zero reaponse.

Mark has been a big part of the success of my laneway house build. I feel blessed to have found him. He is extremely professional and patient and was able to provide me with the proper glazing options to execute my design perfectly. He recommended me the SCHUCO curtain wall system and I couldn't be happier with that decision. The only regret is that I didn't know about them from the start or else I would've budgeted my funds accordingly and got all my glazing from them. If you are looking for high quality products from individuals who are very skilled at installing them please consider craftsman glazing!! They are the real deal for high quality glazing in Vancouver.
