We can’t get anyone from this company to return a call or a text message, it’s like they think it’s a dating app and they ghosting us. We spent a small fortune on glass and rails for an outside deck and stairs as well as had a custom designed set of sliding office doors done in the interior. The sliders are 3 years old and have only intermittently worked. Despite be “adjusted” last year they are now stuck in a partially open position and it looks like one rail is disconnected. We’re concerned for the safety hazard as the door is very large and heavy and it could cause catastrophic damage to the custom designed office and anyone in it.They appear to be much more service oriented up front when it comes to quoting and sales than dedicated to the install and service of the work sold.As stated at the start, multiple messages left by phone, text, email over multiple weeks with zero reaponse.
