I had a great experience with Highrise Glass Ltd. My patio balcony door was damaged by a sudden strong wind and could no longer shut properly. Fortunately, I found Highrise Glass from Vancouver to help fix it.

Yevgeni was very responsive and organized in arranging the appointment for me. The team in Calgary who came to fix the door was professional, fast, efficient, friendly, and arrived right on time. The issue was resolved quickly, and I truly appreciate their work.

I recently had my old sliding door replaced in my high-rise apartment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and detail-oriented.

The team arrived right on time, worked carefully in a high-rise environment (which isn’t easy), and made sure everything was done to the highest standard. They handled removal of the old door and installation of the new one seamlessly, leaving the area spotless when they were finished.

The new sliding door looks fantastic, glides effortlessly, and seals much better than the old one—there’s already a noticeable improvement in insulation and noise reduction. The installers also took the time to walk me through the features, proper use, and maintenance tips, which I really appreciated.

Overall, outstanding service and quality workmanship. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing door or window replacement, especially in high-rise apartments where precision and professionalism matter most.
