Most of the people in my building have chosen Wesco for their window replacement (older Strata; owners responsible for cost of new windows). They did work for me once and it was brilliant and reasonably priced. The next time I called to reward them with more business no one called back. Or the next time! They seem to have an ongoing problem with there receptionists/phone answering service. I was so impressed with their first call-out that I'll give them another shot when I have work to do, but failing service on that occasion, I will wish them well, and go in a different direction.
I needed a piece of tempered glass for a new Ikea Lack table. The table was very inexpensive and subject to scratches so I looked to Westco Glass to provide the glass cover. I didn't know if they usually provided this service but they rose to the challenge and provided me with a perfectly sized tempered glass sheet. And in a very timely manner and a good price. They were incredibly easy to deal with. I would certainly use them again!
