Initially I was impressed, I decided to go with them based on their estimate presentation, it stood out compared to competitors. Prices was pretty close to the same as others. Jose appeared knowledgeable and professional when he came out to measured everything and collect my initial deposit, January 2025.At first I thought Todd was the contractor and installer/owner since I spoke to him first. Then I started to have miscommunication issues around March, Todd informed me my windows had not been ordered because my deposit wasn't paid. Jose then reassured me he placed my order, (shutters and windows with one GRAYED OUT for privacy). One window was the main reason I didn't place my order in December 2024 because my HOA had to approve it.I was not present when my windows were installed but trusted they would install everything as we agreed, here is where the issues started. Apparently there was an issue with my shutters, where they were not a match to the windows that were being installed. I don't understand how a company specializing in windows and shutters would get that wrong.Second they installed a clear window above the stair case that needed to be GRAYED OUT for privacy which was the main reason everything was delayed. This was either a lack of attention to detail, or they just didn't care and installed the wrong window without informing me, since i wasn't there.I brought up to Jose and told him I was a bit concerned because if wasn't the one that informed him the wrong window was installed, he wouldn't have noticed. He assured me he would get the correct shutters and window installed. This was around the beginning of April, he said it would take about two weeks. I messaged April 21st to get and update, no response. I messaged again April 25th, no response.I paid for the full installation the same day, even though they gave me the wrong window since I didn't know and wasn't there that day. At this point I probably won't be moving forward with them, and hoping this doesn't occur to anyone else.
