Reviews
What customers say
Two customers praise product quality, with one specifically noting vinyl windows and doors, insulated glass and hardware. Critical feedback includes a report of sliding doors that would not open fully with dog-door panels in place, ongoing lock problems and new screens with holes in the mesh; that customer also criticizes customer service and says the business kept telling them all sales were final. Truck-related driveway blockage also drew a complaint.

My Sliding Doors are awful , they also installed doggie doors in both my sliders that are cheap!!! The sliding doors won’t even open all the way if the doggie door panel is in the door, it blocks the sliders from opening the door all the way . The panel itself is so cheap, made of a hard plastic that doesn’t slide in and out properly at all.
The doors locks won’t lock properly , they worked on them for 3 hours and said they were fixed , nope I am still having problems with locking the doors.
The brand new screens showed up with holes in the mesh so they’re supposed to replace the new screens. Technicians said they would get new ones now I am being told the technician will re mesh them when they come back to try again to fix the locks again.
I am also being told the doggie door shouldn’t have been on ordered on the right side and that’s my problem since it was ordered that way . Wouldn’t you think at the time of ordering this would have been addressed???? If it causes a malfunction why would you even make it that way????
Customer service sucks!!! They keep saying all sales are final..
