We had a shattered double-pane window at our house. I called Craftman and someone came over the next day to take measurements and give me a good quote. They were able to custom order a window unit to replace the shattered glass and installed it a few days later. The window looks identical to the existing windows, and they were on-top of communication throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this company!
