What a change in customer service. We replaced four exterior doors, and the entire process, from consultation to installation, was seamless. The crew was friendly, professional, and very respectful of our home. The daily cleanup was exceptional. In five days, the doors were installed, the paint was touched up, and the stucco was repaired. After watching their teams work on the house next door, I was convinced they would not disappoint. Ken Norris is their customer representative. Thank you to Ken and his crew for bailing me out of a hot mess with another contractor. They came in the next day to fix the mess up done to my exterior wall. Everything was done right and to windstorm specifications. Once the wall was rebuilt, they installed my beautiful windows and everything looks great! Don’t waste time with shady contractors. Ken is an expert in his field. He lined up the engineer and the contracting crew, in a matter of days my problems were solved. Can’t thank Ken enough for everything he did.

Ken went above and beyond to provide us with an exceptional experience from the time we were selecting our windows to final installation. Though the manufacturer delayed the delivery, Ken was up front and communicative about this the entire time. He prioritized our installation as soon as the windows arrived and the quality of the product is outstanding.
