Riverside replaced 12 windows and a couple of doors for us. The experience was a mixed bag. They seem to be understaffed and not the most efficient with their processes, as it took a long time to go from the initial site visit to getting the estimate to windows being ordered. The windows themselves took a couple months to arrive despite being standard sizes, but that may have been due to manufacturers moving slow around the holidays. The installers were quite nice and professional, but the install took almost three weeks in total, as they only had one person at the house for 90% of the time. I also found it puzzling that they would have their primary installer do all of the caulking, which took almost three full days at $85/hr for an entry level task.The thing that stood out most to me about my experience with Riverside was that despite spending tens of thousands of dollars with them, not a single person from the company followed up with me after the job was finished to check on how things went. They were sure to send lots of emails to ask where the check was before the work was finished, though!
