My estimator, Marc was great. The guys that installed them were nice and friendly. Regarding the installation however, they left the windows with caulking on them. I asked them to clean off the caulking and fingerprints which they mostly did, but I had to ask. Later, I saw on the receipt they state that they are not responsible for cleaning the windows. Highly unusual. You dont accept a new car without it being washed. They scratched the bull nose at the top of the stairs. The installer denied it. I called the company, who transferred me to a person that said he could have a flooring person come out and take a look. That is good and all, but my flooring is 7 years old and finding a matching vinyl plank bullnose for a stair is next to impossible. Basically, I just had to deal with it. So, to summarize, overall they look great. Nine of the 10 windows are upstairs. So I have 10 new windows that are not completely clean to begin with right at installation. Just not okay for me after spending 8k for their windows. I went with the company because I live in a condo complex and they recommended this company. I do not expect perfection, but residual caulking and fingerprints are not okay.
We have used Pacific Shores several times for windows and sliders at our home. Today they installed two new windows, not retrofits, and did superior work again. The installers displayed great customer service skills, Heather in the office is awesome, Mark the estimator is very helpful and the products they provide are the finest quality. Highly recommend this company for your windows and doors.
I could not be happier with my experience with Pacific Shore Windows. Heather is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and definitely knows what she’s doing. The install went flawlessly As Conrad and his team worked their tails off to get everything done, right. Highly recommend these guys if you’re considering windows. Give Heather a call you’ll be glad you did.
Disappointing. If they don't keep their posted hours how can we trust them? We were in the area several exits away so decided to go check them out. But no one was there.But at least they have a showroom, as we've been trying to find places to shop a few places even have that. So be sure to call before you go as they might just decide to leave early that day.
The absolute raddest business! I was walked through the process from start to finish. Everyone is beyond kind, the workers were on time, clean, and just perfectionists! They were quick to install, and amazing customer service! Can’t recommend enough, truly a great small business to support in our town.
