Had the pleasure of dealing with Damian when placing my window order. Damian replied to my emails right away and answered all my questions. Im a contractor new to the island, it’s nice to know I have a reliable window manufacturer I can count on. The window quality is great and they were delivered ahead of schedule (which never happens with other companies) I would highly recommend thermo proof.

Their Rep showed up and took the measurements. When the door arrived, it was defective from the factory and did not close once it was released. Also the sidelites were not frosted.The lockset was not installed and the door does not open. Customer service is terrible and they fail to return calls. They are great at making the sale but fail miserably after that.
I have had excellent interactions with and fantastic customer service from Thermoproof Windows and Doors in Courtenay. They installed my new windows last year and did a great job. The sales team and trades people are great. I had the pleasure to interact with Todd and Greg on the sales team. Both people were courteous, kind and generous with their time and follow up. Todd answered all my questions and even came for a follow-up once my windows were installed. I most recently interacted with Greg regarding a new door installation and he went above and beyond with helping me to find something that suited my needs. Very nice people and great service. Booking is usually months in advance so just be prepared for that but they are in high demand and product can take time to be shipped. I highly recommend them.
Todd, and his full office / shop support crew, have been great to work with on several projects. Their windows / doors are highest quality and they understand how projects run - adapting as needed with professionalism and a desire to see the best possible results for our clients. Have not had a warranty call yet, but confident any issue will get solved appropriately.Definitely recommend.
