Excellent service and installation on my new deck door and two large windows. Polite and friendly service from the two guys that worked at my home today. Highly recommend Van Isle Windows
I needed some work done during a remediation, and am so grateful for the care the installers from VIW took in my home. I was very anxious due to previous issues, and they took great care to make sure their installation was done properly, and that everything looked better than it had before. They were also respectful of my home and made sure to take all the mess away with them when they left. I would trust them in my home anytime!!!
Absolutely unacceptable experience. They installed a window at my client’s home and completely botched the job, then billed an outrageously high amount without any explanation. I had to remove and recut all of their jambs myself just to make it right. They failed to supply the casing as promised, the framing was extremely poor quality, and their flashing was installed over the Tyvek instead of behind it — a basic step that any competent tradesperson should know.In the end, a $700 window turned into a $7,000 nightmare.Do not trust these installers.
I was putting off writing a review but here it is. First time I ordered windows they showed up and had to send a window back and get a service call to fix another. Overall happy with the windows in the end. Second time I ordered windows all went smoothly except... Their office is never open. I've been to the Courtney location 3 times so far. 2 out of 3 times they have been closed when their hours say they are open. So here is my warning. DO NOT show up to their business and trust their hours. Don't waste your time or money. Call them to find out if they are open. Oh and don't expect a quick call back. Last time I ordered I had to call a few times.
We just had 12 old dual pane aluminum windows replaced with tripane Low-E windows by Van Isle. The receptionist/scheduler Lydia? and the installation crew of Matt and Graham were over the top good. Every expectation was left in the dust as they gave so much more. If I still hosted Christmas Dinner they would have been invited because..new family.
