Thermal Windows

This is an awesome company. Not only do they have fabulous products, they also take care of their customer base. We had to install windows from another company approximately 10 months old and they walked us through all the problems we had. We are again enjoying our home with the NEW Thermal Windows and what a lovely addition they are! Our home will be more cost efficient with energy bills. The patio door is absolutely fanastic as well. We would like to give a shout out to Cole. He was most helpful during the process and made this company stand out from day one. He is very knowledgeable and such a pleasant salesman. When you find a product made in Texas with their own installation crew you have found the best of both worlds. This was the BEST choice we made in 2025 to replace windows using them. Much thanks to Cole, Ruben and Lustavo. Amazingly done! Lucy was a great help as well. Just wow.....what a difference their products are making.

It’s been six years since Thermal Windows and their crew installed our high-quality windows, and they have held up beautifully. What really impressed me, though, was their recent service. We had an issue with our sliding glass door, and when the team came out, they didn't just do a quick fix. They identified a need for extra reinforcement underneath the door to ensure it stays solid for years to come. They handled the entire repair and the extra reinforcement completely under their warranty. The crew was professional, clean, and courteous. It’s rare to find a company that provides this level of support and quality long after the initial job is done. Their customer service is truly second to none! I cannot recommend them more highly.

Thermal Windows is the best window manufacturer and installer. No finger pointing if there is an issue. Cole White was our sales guy that showed us the windows and gave us a tour of the manufacturing site. He was great! The installers were great too. They took their time to do the job correctly and insulate and seal all the way around. We will get the rest of the windows to finish the house out later on. This was one of the best experiences ever! We love the new windows and patio door! Thermal Windows manufacturers and installs high quality product!

I had Thermal WIndows replace many of my windows last week. I love them! I knew it would make a difference, but I had no idea how big of a difference or how wonderful they would look... inside and out!! Everyone I worked with was so kind and informative. They were on time with each step....Donny came out to give me the estimate, the crew that measured, the crew that installed the windows, were all on time. They cleaned everything once they were completed. I highly recommend Thermal Windows, you will love the difference it will make.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Thermal Windows here in Dallas. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. They gave me a fair, straightforward price right from the beginning—no hidden fees, no pressure, just honest communication. The installation team was fantastic. They showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and left everything clean and neat. I was honestly impressed by how fast they completed the job without sacrificing quality. The new windows look amazing, feel solid, and you can really tell they’re built to last. It’s rare these days to find a company that delivers on both quality craftsmanship and customer service, but Thermal Windows nailed it. Because of how smooth the entire process was—and how great the finished product looks—I can confidently say they’ve turned me into a lifelong customer. Highly recommend!
