Perfect experience from start to finish! I was able to get an appointment within a few days, the rep had excellent advice about my choice of colors and type of blinds—i needed room darkening. The price was very reasonable, they arrived within a few weeks.and were installed promptly. Our installer was thoughtful, skilled and efficient. Within an hour or so we were set. The color matching is perfect, and the installation has them working without a glitch.. Cant thank everyone enough for such a terrific experience. Highly recommend Budget blinds of San Ramon/danville.
Love our new shutters! This is our second time working with Budget Blinds. Dave was so helpful during our consultation and the ordering process both times. Jose and Richie were efficient on installation day. I will return again for future orders!
Excellent customer service from the in home consultation to the installation. Jose was very professional and courteous. Measurements were spot on and I love the Lutron technology in my shade. Only small nit was that they told me 4-5 weeks from order date for delivery and installation, but mine ended up being about 6 weeks. Would highly recommend.
We met with Dave at Budget Blinds to talk about our project. He was incredibly patient with us and even came back a second time to go through all of our further questions in person and look at the sample fabrics a second time! Budget Blinds was the second Blinds company we met with and not only were they significantly less expensive than the first company we met with, they had far more fabric options for us to choose from plus multiple different motorization options. We ended up replacing 8 different window blinds with 8 new motorized shades. They just came and installed them today! They even came in and were installed in just over 4 weeks which was right on schedule! We could not be happier with our purchase.
