We had windows and doors installed in Jan 2025. The sale was great but everything after was bad. Delays with factory and pushed back install. Delivered wrong items. Horrible communication. Wanted them to start in the garage but they started in the back. Our project manager was useless. Workers didn’t show up due to weather but no one bothered to tell us. No final walk through to correct errors and needed endless call backs. Couldn’t communicate with the installers most days due to no English. They destroyed all the trim inside and out. Only fixed the most egregious. Installed our front door wrong so it couldn’t lock- fixed it but the door knob still rattles. Broke our porch light but they paid for a replacement but my husband installed. Now one year later our sliding glass door is loose and there is ice build up in the corners of windows where the seal is. The windows feel cheap and rattle around when locked. I would NEVER recommend them. Run away from this company. The only good thing is the new windows prevent late summer sun beating into the room not get as hot as our 40 year old windows which is bare minimum good.

Initial install of sliding door was problematic due to the fact it leaked and the interior panel was damaged. One person did the install and took 9 1/2 hours. Many issues likely would have been avoided if two people had been assigned the task. Very difficult for one to transport the heavy sliding door down stone steps to the back of home. Thanks so much to Justin and David who addressed the leak and ordered a new replacement panel. The follow up from Anthony of the Service Department was outstanding. He was very skilled, professional, and courteous. It took a while, but I am now satisfied with the product.
Love our new Pella windows and doors but what we loved more was our installer David! He made sure everything was perfect! If you’re looking for someone that will do the job like he was installing his own, David is your guy! A couple hiccups at the start of the job did not discourage him one bit. Thanks again Pella and David!!!
I just recently had an installation of a new patio door from Pella Dayton. It looks amazing and the install was top notch. Matt Record was a true professional and did an excellent job. Their communication was great and Dan was terrific. I got the inbuilt blinds and couldn’t be happier
