I have been buying wimdows from this company for years. I have always had good customer service. Good customer service is hard to find from a consumer's point of view and even harder to maintain over a long period od time. But management has found a way to do just that. I highly recommend buying feom this business establishment!!!
I bought replacement windows for my sunroom from Simply Windows. From the first visit for an estimate to the conversations about the project, to the follow-up and installation it was a fantastic experience. My project was such a reasonable price, it made the whole experience completely amazing. They did a nice job for a reasonable price (quotes from 2 other places were significantly higher). They were timely and even came back soon after initial install to address a few small issues (broken window latch and 2 spots where caulk broke unexpectedly). I recommend them for windows replacement and sliding door install.
Had my new window installed Nov 2023. I must say I love it! As cold as it has been no ice on them like the old ones. Staff has always been friendly and listened to my needs as well as keeping me well informed of the process. Didn’t take no time at all to install. They cleaned up took old windows.
